Active Islanders After School at West Kent

This initial payment will secure your place in Active Islanders After School for the 2023-2024 school year. This payment is equal to one week of full time fees and will be kept as a deposit and used towards you first Bi-Weekly payment when the school year commences.

Full Time Access= $65 per week HST Included(4-5 Days)
Part Time Access=$47 per week HST Included(1-3 Days)

Part Time participants will need to specify there days and these days will be concrete with absolutely no trading or compensating for days any days missed.

Bi-Weekly payments(For example $130 HST included per participant for full time)will be made twice per month and will be due on the first and third Friday during any given month.

Upon Registering and securing your place in Active Islanders After School, you will be automatically included in an email group where future payment instructions, among other things, will be shared frequently.

Scheduled activities will take place after the final bell until participants are picked up. Final pick up will be at 5:30pm.

Active Islanders After School will not operate on PSB PD Days, Cancellation Days or Holidays in which school is not in session. Refunds will not be given for missed days.
