Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Policy Below is Firm(No exceptions) and Applies to All Active Islanders Events: Please Read!

**Order Confirmations/Receipts are Sent when your purchase is complete( This includes exactly what you have signed up and paid for including dates). Please keep track of the products you have signed up for as this is not the responsibility of Active Islanders. Please Check your Spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Refunds are not granted as a result of losing track of your dates(Hot Tip: Star or bookmark your confirmation email upon receiving it for future reference)

To protect our business and operations refunds/credits will not be provided for:

1. Cancellations within 10 days of selected day camp(Example: You have signed up for a camp starting on November 6th. Requesting refund on November 1st for November 6th camp is not refundable). Weekly/ multi-day camps must be cancelled within the timeline alluded to above before the 1st day of camp.

2. Inclement Weather/Sickness

3. A missed day(s)( Example: You sign up for a week and miss one day or sign up for a day but do not attend .)

4. We do not provide prorated/partial discounts(Example: Sign up for weekly day camp, request refund for one day)

5. Credit Card fees incurred by the business at point of purchase will not be refunded.

6. On days/weeks where there are multiple Active Islanders camps are occurring at different locations there is to be absolutely no switching between locations under any circumstance. A lateral move request will not be granted.

7. You are solely responsible for tracking the dates/events you have registered for. Your receipt upon purchase will indicate exactly the dates/events you have registered for. Starring/Saving these emails or simply writing down your dates are great tactics. Active Islanders is not responsible for lack of organization on the customers behalf.

8. We are unable to accommodate switching of dates unless expressly communicated and confirmed by Active Islanders

Please understand that we in no way track the scheduling procedures of other organizations nor can we control them. If you sign up for an Active Islanders event you're filling one of our limited spots in the event and you’re purchasing this spot at your own risk. If a hockey tournament or another opportunity comes up and you do not provide us with proper notice(as per the parameters set forth above) we are unable to provide a refund/credit under any circumstance.
