AI First Access Pass Membership

The AI First Access Pass Membership is for those who value a stress-free signup process with Active Islanders. We have been experiencing large volume and quick sell outs for the vast majority of our events(In fact, our nine weeks of summer camp sold out in approximately 30 minutes) and this has led to numerous waitlist requests and many not getting the days that they had hoped for. 

By becoming an AI First Access Pass Member you become part of an email group that is granted two days(48 hours) to look at our PD Day, School Break, and Summer Camp schedules before they are released to the public. This will allow you to decide on the days you would like and give you the ability to sign up without fear of seeing the dreaded "sold out" indicator by our products/events.

Features: AI First Access members will have the benefit of having first access to signup for our PD day, School Break, and Summer Camp offerings. Members will be granted 48 hours and "first dibs" on our events before they are released to the public. Members will be informed of their registration window prior to the release date and will also be included in a monthly draw for an opportunity to win Active Islanders swag and/or gift cards to local businesses. To ensure value for members we have put a cap on memberships sold so that AI first access members never face a "sold out" sign during their 48 hour window. 

Terms and Conditions: To become an AI First Access Member you will pay an annual fee of $50+HST per family. You will be a first access member for one full year from the date of purchase and then have the opportunity to renew your membership. If you forgo renewal you will be removed from the email list. Payment of AI First Access Membership fees have no relation and do not cover fees related to PD days, schools breaks, and summer camps. AI first access memberships cannot under any circumstance be refunded prior to expiration. If an event is already sold out prior to your membership purchase we can put you on a waitlist but cannot put you in the event. AI First Access Pass Memberships are not applicable to Active Islanders After School.
