Cancellations/Refunds

This Policy is Firm

**Order Confirmations/Receipts are Sent when your purchase is complete( This includes exactly what you have signed up and paid for including dates). Please keep track of the products you have signed up for as this is not the responsibility of Active Islanders. Please Check your Spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Refunds are not granted as a result of losing track of your dates(Hot Tip: Star or bookmark your confirmation email upon receiving it for future reference)

To protect our business and operations refunds/credits will not be provided for:

1. Cancellations within 8 days of selected day camp(Example: Requesting refund on November 1st for November 6th camp is not refundable)

2. Inclement Weather

3. A missed day(s)( Example: Sign up for a week and miss one day or sign up for a day and do not attend and request refund)

4. We do not provide prorated/partial discounts(Example:Sign up for four day camp, request refund for one day)

5. Credit Card fees incurred by the business at point of purchase will not be refunded.

Please understand that we in no way track the scheduling procedures of other organizations nor can we control them. If you sign up for an Active Islanders event you're filling one of our spots in the event and you’re purchasing this spot at your own risk. If a hockey tournament or another opportunity comes up and you do not provide us with proper notice we are unable to provide a refund/credit under any circumstance.
